Specially chosen and cultivated tea leaves harvested at the time when it had the highest level of amino acid. The special scent from the amino acid was released from the leaves after the process of complete oxidation, then roast with local unique longan wood for 6 days and 5 nights. The dark roasted tea can be steeped many more times than the regular tea.
